Aims and Scope of the Conference. Papers reporting on original research in theory and applications of algorithms, data structures and computational complexity are sought. Topics of interest include (but are not limited to):
sequential, parallel and distributed algorithms, on-line algorithms, approximation algorithms, randomized algorithms, graph algorithms, analysis of algorithms, implementation and application of algorithms, computational complexity, data structures, computational geometry, cryptography.
Place of the Conference.The Conference will be held at the Conference Hall of ``La Sapienza'' University of Rome.

Submission Guidelines: Authors are invited to submit an extended abstract of at most 10 pages to arrive before September 10, 1999. See here for further information. Simultaneous submissions to other conferences with published proceedings are not allowed.
Proceedings: The proceedings volume will be published in the LNCS series by Springer Verlag (http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/index.html).
