Submission guidelines



Paper format

Authors should submit an extended abstract starting with the title of the paper, each author's name, affiliation and electronic address, an abstract of the paper content and a list of keywords.

The length of the paper should not exceed 12 pages (double spaced, 11 point font size) including figures, tables and references. Manuscripts must be written in English. More details for referees may be given in an appendix.
 

Paper submission

Authors are encouraged to submit a standard postscript version of their paper electronically to

 The extended abstract, in either form, must be received by December 10, 2002. This is a firm deadline; late submissions will be rejected.

Simultaneous submissions to other conferences with published proceedings are not allowed.
 

Notification

Authors will be sent notification of acceptance or rejection by e-mail on or before February 26, 2003.

A final copy of each accepted paper is required by March 26, 2003. This is again a firm deadline. A signed copyright form should be sent by mail to Prof. G. Bongiovanni and also  by fax to +39-06-8541842.

Accepted papers must be presented personally by at least one author.
