Registration and accomodation

  • For students and academics, the all-inclusive registration fee for the event is euro 1.000 for accomodation in a single room and euro 800 for accomodation in a double room.
  • The company fee is euro 2.500 for accomodation in a single room.
These fees cover all food, lodging and participation expenses.

Fellowships are available for students and academics with difficult financial conditions under the BiCi Leonardo Melandri Program and thanks to a sponsorship by Google.
